Returns & REfunds
You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order. Once 1 hour has passed the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive your order within the guaranteed maximum time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing time)
- you received the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
- in some cases we may require pictures of items before we can authorize a refund or return.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g. not cleared by customs for any reason, or delayed by a natural disaster).
*You can submit refund requests within 14 days after your order has arrived or the maximum guaranteed delivery date of 45 days (not including 2 – 5 day processing time) has expired whichever date is earlier. You can request a refund by sending us a message on our Contact page.
