Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer you low cost flat rate shipping to all international destinations. The current flat rate shipping charge is set at $2.95 to any of the shipping destinations we serve.


We are pleased to offer you international shipping services. However, there are some shipping destinations we are unable to ship. If you are from one of the destinations we can’t ship to we will contact you immediately and fully refund your order.


We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, brokerage charges, or other border charges once the items have shipped. We do not accept returns because of refusal by the customer to pay the customs, duties, and brokerage fees to their respective border or government agencies. By purchasing our products you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you in separate shipments and from different warehouses. Items from your order may arrive on different delivery dates.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped which normally occurs 2 to 5 days after you have submitted your order. There may be occasions where tracking information becomes unavailable and our maximum stated delivery time of 45 days will be used before a refund will be issued for non-delivery of an order. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
